Lately one of my ways of being frugal is to Get free samples. I have only just started, but I know a few ladies who get quite a bit. Walmart seems to be a good source for free samples. While I'm not a huge fan of Walmart and some of their practices. I don't have a problem with them spending money to send me free items.

Covergirl Outlast Lip Stain
I’m a member of BzzAgent, and They recently sent me CoverGir'ls Outlast Lip Stain. I thought this would be great because it’s something I have been wondering about, but haven’t wanted to buy. It kind of feels like you are using a marker on your lips. The tip to the pen is a weird sensation and kind of rough.
I’m not super impressed with their color selection. (See one of the reasons I hadn’t purchased it.) After application, my lips felt tacky, but not as heavy as a traditional lipstick. The color itself is very sheer. I applied it twice, the upper lip dried a little splotchy. Added a second coat to see if that was any better.
This only lasted to my first beverage/snack. It tried to hold on for the beverage, but by my chips it came right off. Oh well might not be a bad base coat and isn’t bad for $7.99 though I much prefer the Revlon lip stain, but that comes in even fewer colors.

Oatmeal Bath
Aveeno Oatmeal bath is an excellent way to deal with Itchy Skin. I’ve also tried a few of the generic brands that you will find at the drug stores too. Your skin comes out feeling super soft. 
It’s great for treating sunburns and bug bites as well. Oatmeal bath powder can also be made at home, and I have a blog post about that. Though I have yet to try doing so myself.

Maybeline Colossal
Maybeline Colossal was recommended to me by a coworker, she loves it. Her lashes always look great too! So while Walgreens has their buy one get one 50% off sale on Maybeline this week I thought I would try it out. She was right, Though not as long looking as the Maybeline Stiletto, they did look thicker. I tried the Glam Black color. I think this one will be my night out on the town one. though I'd like to try layering this one with the Maybeline Stiletto to get the length.
Lash Stilletto Mascara
Ok, I was a bit skeptical when I bought this, but maybeline is going on sale buy one get one 50% off at walgreens this week. (7/5/09 - 7/11/09) Having been highly disapointed with the Vibrating Maybeline mascara.
I love it! It makes the lashes look dark & Long. It also doesn't clump at all! Though I wouldnt' say it makes them super thick looking, but it does look like you have a lot of lashes. This is my new favorite day to day mascara.
